As a result we've provided several methods for informing us that you have a Service Request.
(Remember if it’s a concern to you to please make us aware).
| The Primary Method for making us aware of your Service Request is to submit it to our Ticket system using one of the following Methods: |
1. Submit a Service Request using our IT Support Tray Icon.
2. Submit a Service Request by logging into the Service Portal.
3. Send an Email to Support@AdoniNetworks.com to automatically create a Service Request.
4. Submit a Service Request by phoning our Dispatcher at (608) 785-3030 and selecting option 2.
If you have an Emergency we understand waiting for a Service Request response isn't always realistic. We recommend you put the request in using the steps above and then follow these steps to escalate your issue for a more immediate response.
1. Call our Dispatcher at 608-785-3030 and Select Option 2 - Inform them that you have an existing Service Request that you need to escalate to an emergency response.
2. If you fail to get a response from our office the following emergency response contacts can be used:
